Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Astavacra
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tattva Quantum Wellness, BurraBazar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase any digital product (plan for app) from Us.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
Website refers to Astavacra, accessible from https://astavacra.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are not entitled to cancel Your Order after it is placed.
Still for any support related to this issue will be entertained and have to reach out to us within 48 hours of the payment. Note the final decisive authority is still under the company, and that by no means can be changed:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, if the case is applicable for it.
